How not to get lost in the new Ceretto site (ie: Welcome!)

Dust off the good china and polish the family silver, it seems everything is in order and the new Ceretto website is online. It is now four years since the previous version and we felt the need to update it so that it more closely reflects what we are today: My brother Federico, my cousins Alessandro and Lisa and I are increasingly active in the company; my father Bruno and my uncle Marcello are always in the monitoring and Giacolino is the inevitable glue, as he has been for over thirty years.

Ceretto and art: how we approached a whole new world (and why)

It has now been 20 years since the summer when my family was asked to host David Tremlett, sculptor, photographer and British artist (of which I confess that at that time I did not know very much). We were not accustomed to contemporary art – save for some sporadic events such as the Langhe Ceretto Literary Prize or presentations with renowned authors - but in the soul of a producer, especially here in the Langa, there is very often a predisposition to hospitality and so we threw ourselves at the request: with a degree in languages, I was the one chosen to host the artist.

The story of Blangé told by those who invented it (section: perhaps not everyone knows that)

For many it is the most famous wine of our estate and it might sound strange among so many Barolo and Barbaresco cru: the truth is that a success like this - now 30 years ago – could not have been possible without papà Bruno. The history of Blangé is inextricably entwined with the history of our family, and last year we asked Cecilia Maggio – our film director friend - to place a camera in front of Bruno and see what came out.
