Moscato d’Asti d.o.c.g. |
|
| |
This sweet white
is the dessert wine par excellence.
Straw-yellow of varying intensity depending on the vintage, it has an intensely
fruity nose which is aromatic and very persistent.
The sweet flavor is beautifully balanced with the low alcohol (5% vol.) and the
acidity, which - though never high - gives the product an appealing freshness.

Asti Spumante d.o.c.g. |
|
| |
This is made from
the same base wine, and it maintains its varietal qualities.
The different method of processing used (secondary fermentation in pressure tanks)
gives it an alcohol content of 7% vol. and a pressure on bottling of 5 atmospheres,
qualifying it as a sparkling wine.

Moscato Passito |
|
| |
The grapes for
the passito are dried in a heat-conditioned environment. Special care is
taken over the picking of the grapes, which must reach the winery perfectly
intact.
The drying is followed by a lengthy fermentation (approx. 4 months) and a short
stay in wooden casks.
Golden yellow with an intensely fruity, aromatic nose,
it shows savoriness, smoothness and nice balance.
