Piazza Duomo is the realisation of a dream, of the commitment and of the tenacity of a man and of a family and of a promising young Italian cook. On the one hand, the Ceretto family, driven by the exuberant Bruno; on the other hand, the unstoppable Enrico Crippa. Bruno and Enrico met in 2003 and it all started with their enjoying a savoury brittle with malghesino cheese. Right from the start, their ideas were clear and their goal shared: bring 3 Michelin stars to the beloved land of the Ceretto family: the Langhe. It wasn’t an easy task, but did not scare the young chef from Brianza who, together with the Ceretto family, opened his restaurant in the heart of Alba in 2005.
